$499 resident rate (includes room, meals, camp T-shirt and shoe bag); $349 commuter rate (room and meals NOT included). Observing coaches may attend for free (room and meals NOT included). Participating coaches rates are negotiable. Please contact the camp directors for more information.
A $100 deposit is due with your application form (checks should be made payable to Iron Wood Throwers Camp). All applications received by May 15 will be guaranteed a place within the camp. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a letter confirming your reservation, together with a list of IWT Rules and Regulations which must be signed by both the athlete and parents or guardians and returned to the office before June 10. NO ONE will be admitted to the camp unless this signed form is on file before registration day. Final payment of balance due must be paid by June 10. All fees must be paid in full before registration day. Checks should be made payable to Iron Wood Throwers. Sorry, we do not accept payment by credit card. Please call the IWT office for payment with Canadian funds.

All campers will register on Sunday, July 6 from noon to 3:00 p.m. at HUB Multipurpose Room on Whitworth's campus. Camp ends at noon on Friday, July 11, 2008.
Camp fees are refundable less a $25 handling fee if written cancellation is received and approved by camp staff. Absolutely no refunds will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp.
Each camper is responsible for his or her own insurance. No one will be admitted to the camp without a signed emergency release including an insurance policy number (see application form). Acceptable proof of insurance must be sent to the IWT office.
Each resident camper will be housed in the Whitworth College dormitories with males and females housed separately under constant supervision by the camp staff. Please note that any room keys not turned in at the end of camp will result in an immediate $50 fine assessed to the person assigned to that particular key. Included in the camp package are three daily buffet-style, all-you-can-eat meals.
