Testimonials

" The Iron Wood Throws Camp is a unique experience when it comes to throwing camps. It is a great experience for all levels and ages of throwers. The campers are subjected to immense amounts of knowledge and experience in all areas of the throws. Campers are immersed not only into the technical and training side of throwing, but they also learn the culture and attitude of successful throwers. It is a rare opportunity to ask questions of and to learn from past Olympians and top level coaches, like those at Iron Wood. In my twenty years of being a thrower and coach, I even learned some new drills and ideas when I attended the camp. I look forward to being there again. "
