Cost
- $595 resident rate
(includes room, meals, camp T-shirt and shoe bag)
- $450 commuter rate
(includes camp T-shirt and shoe bag; room and meals NOT included).
- $125 observing coaches

Payment procedure
A $200 deposit is due with your application form (checks should be made payable to Iron Wood Throwers Camp). All applications received by June 1 will be guaranteed a place within the camp (space is still available - please send materials via normal mail); those applying after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach our camp enrollment limit. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a letter confirming your reservation, together with a list of IWT Rules and Regulations which must be signed by both the athlete and parents or guardians and returned to the office before June 20, 2012.
NO ONE will be admitted to the camp unless this signed form is on file before registration day. Final payment of balance due must be paid by June 20, 2012. All fees must be paid in full before registration day. Checks should be made payable to Iron Wood Throwers. Sorry, we do not accept payment by credit card.

Insurance policy
Each camper is responsible for his or her own insurance. The parent/guardian’s personal or injury insurance policy will be utilized as the primary insurance for the treatment of injuries and hospitalization for illness or injuries incurred during camp. Acceptable proof of insurance must be sent to the IWT office prior to the camper being allowed to participate in camp. No one will be admitted to the camp without a signed emergency release including an insurance policy number (see application form).
Discipline policy
Campers will be required to attend all activities and comply with all camp rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action and or dismissal from camp. Residential campers will be held responsible for any vandalism or damage done in the residence halls.
Refund policy
Camp fees are refundable less a $25 handling fee if written cancellation is received and approved by camp staff. Absolutely no refunds will be issued upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal from camp. Should a camper leave camp due to injury or illness, the camp fee is nonrefundable.
